We use this address for bug reports, suggestions, questions and other information about Roll and Lore Screen.
The first two buttons open a prepared message in Gmail. If you use another email service, copy the address and compose the message there.
What to include in a bug report
- The application version shown under Data → Status.
- Your browser, device and operating system.
- The exact steps that caused the problem.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if it does not contain private campaign information.
If possible, confirm whether the problem still happens after reloading the page. Do not clear browser data while investigating a save problem.
Protect your campaign before troubleshooting
Roll and Lore Screen stores campaign information locally in the current browser. Before testing a serious save or import problem, use Data → Download Backup.
Only attach a backup file if it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing everything contained in it. Remove private notes first whenever possible. Never send passwords, payment details or unrelated personal information.
Rules and content corrections
If a spell, item, monster action or other rules-supported feature appears incorrect, include its exact name, the source shown by the app and a short description of the expected behaviour.
